Metro Arts is preparing to launch the FY2026 grant cycle for our Operating Support grants and Thrive project grants. We anticipate opening applications by the end of July, and applications will be open for approximately 4 weeks. You can see a full tentative timeline here. Dates are subject to change. Sign up for the Arts Alert email listserv, follow us on social media, or contact staff to make sure you receive all updates.
In the meantime, you can continue to check in with this website to see updates from previous grant committee meetings. If you’re not familiar with the FY25 applications, you can look over those guidelines to see what is included in the current process (Operating Grants / Thrive Grants). We do not anticipate making major changes from the FY25 guidelines, so you can review these to get a sense of the process, application, and rubrics.
We do not anticipate making major changes this year. Remember, Operating Support grants are only available for arts organizations, and Thrive is for project-based grants for individual artists or other community groups.
